多层螺旋CT在胃肠道间质瘤诊断中的应用价值及影像学特征 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT在胃肠道间质瘤诊断中的应用价值及影像学特征。方法回顾性分析医院诊治的115例疑似胃肠道间质瘤患者的临床资料,术前均实施多层螺旋CT诊断,并以手术病理学检查结果为金标准,分析多层螺旋CT在胃肠道间质瘤诊断及良恶性判断中的价值以及影像学特征。结果115例患者中,99例确诊为胃肠道间质瘤。多层螺旋CT诊断胃肠道间质瘤的准确度、特异度、灵敏度分别为97.39%、87.50%、98.99%。多层螺旋CT对良恶性胃肠道间质瘤的诊断符合率分别为55.56%、67.78%。结论多层螺旋CT在胃肠道间质瘤诊断中的应用价值显著,影像学特征明显,但在确定患者胃肠道间质瘤良恶性上无特异性,建议作为首选影像学检查方法。 Objective To explore the application value and imaging characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Methods The clinical data of 115 patients with suspected gastrointestinal stromal tumor diagnosed and treated in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis was carried out before operation,and the surgical pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to analyze the value and imaging characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and benign and malignant judgment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Results Of the 115 patients,99 were diagnosed as gastrointestinal stromal tumors.The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors were 97.39%,87.50%and 98.99%,respectively.The diagnostic coincidence rates of multi-slice spiral CT for benign and malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumors were 55.56%and 67.78%,respectively.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has significant application value in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors,with obvious imaging characteristics,but it has no specificity in determining the benign and malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumors.It is recommended as the first choice for imaging examination.
