中风后吞咽障碍患者行廉泉穴不同深度针刺治疗的临床效果

Clinical effect of different depth acupuncture at Lianquan point onpost-stroke dysphagia

目的分析中风后吞咽障碍患者行廉泉穴不同深度针刺治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年12月至2019年12月收治的90例中风后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,根据针刺廉泉穴深度的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者采取廉泉穴浅度针刺,观察组患者采取廉泉穴深度针刺。比较两组的洼田饮水试验评分及临床疗效。结果治疗1个月后,两组患者的洼田饮水试验评分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用廉泉穴深度针刺法治疗中风后吞咽障碍患者,可获得更佳的疗效,明显改善患者的吞咽障碍症状,促进其尽快恢复健康状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different depth acupuncture at Lianquan point on post-stroke dysphagia.Methods Ninety patients with dysphagia after stroke treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the different depth acupuncture at Lianquan point,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with shallow acupuncture at Lianquan point,while the observation group was treated with deep acupuncture at Lianquan point.The water swallow test scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After one month of treatment,the scores of water swallow test in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,that of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Deep acupuncture at Lianquan point in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia patients can obtain better curative effect,significantly improve the dysphagia symptoms of patients,and promote their recovery to health as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical application.
