扶正化痰汤配合西医治疗脾虚痰蕴型重症肺炎的临床效果及对免疫功能、CHE水平的影响

Clinical effect of Fuzheng Huatan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of severe pneumonia with spleen deficiency and phlegm accumulation type and its influences on immune function and CHE level

目的探讨扶正化痰汤配合西医治疗脾虚痰蕴型重症肺炎的临床效果。方法将150例脾虚痰蕴型重症肺炎患者根据治疗方案不同分为对照组与研究组,各75例。对照组给予基础常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予扶正化痰汤。比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的发热、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。疗程结束后,两组的PCT水平降低,CHE、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正化痰汤配合西医治疗脾虚痰蕴型重症肺炎的效果显著,可缩短症状缓解时间,提高血清CHE水平,降低炎性反应,提高机体免疫功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huatan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of severe pneumonia with spleen deficiency.Methods A total of 150 patients with severe pneumonia with spleen deficiency and phlegm accumulation type were divided into control group and study group by the different treatment plan,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given basic conventional treatment,and the study group was given Fuzheng Huatan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of fever,cough and lung moist rales in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the course of treatment,PCT level in the two groups decreased,and CHE,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+increased,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Huatan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of severe pneumonia with spleen deficiency and phlegm accumulation type has significant effect,which can shorten the remission time of symptoms,improve the serum CHE level,reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the immune function of the body.
