自制新型抬高垫在婴幼儿发育性髋关节脱位石膏固定中的应用效果

Application effect of self-made new lifting pad in plaster fixation of developmental dislocation of hip in infants

目的探讨自制新型抬高垫在婴幼儿发育性髋关节脱位(DDH)石膏固定中的应用效果。方法选取80例行DDH手法复位石膏固定术的患儿作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序将其分成观察组(40例,自制新型抬高垫+常规护理)和对照组(40例,常规护理)。比较两组的并发症发生情况、体位摆放满意度及术后疗效。结果观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组主管医生、责任护士、患儿家属满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿“人类位”石膏固定后均达到同心圆复位,治疗效果满意。结论自制新型抬高垫在婴幼儿DDH石膏固定中应用效果显著,可减少术后并发症,改善患儿石膏固定后的舒适度,提高医护人员及患儿家属的满意度,缓解了护理工作压力。

Objective To explore the application effect of self-made new lifting pad in plaster fixation of developmental dislocation of hip(DDH)in infants.Methods A total of 80 infants who underwent DDH manual reduction and plaster fixation were selected as the research objects,and the infants were divided into observation group(40 cases,self-made new lifting pad+routine nursing)and control group(40 cases,routine nursing)according to the order of admission.The incidence of complications,satisfaction with body position and postoperative efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of doctors in charge,responsible nurses,and family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of infants with"human position"plaster fixation achieved concentric circle reduction,and the treatment effect was satisfactory.Conclusion The self-made new lifting pad in plaster fixation of DDH in infants has a significant application effect,which can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,improve the comfort of the child after plaster fixation and the satisfaction of medical staff and children's families,and relieve the pressure of nursing work.
