付老庄铁矿阶段空场采场尾砂胶结充填接顶工艺优化

摘要 充填接顶是将充填材料充填到尽可能靠近矿石、岩石顶板或假顶处,使充填体对采空区顶板或假顶起支撑作用。为解决由充填接顶质量差而造成的顶板、假顶冒落或防止第二步骤回采矿石时,矿石体受到过大的地压问题,以付老庄铁矿采场充填为研究对象,通过充填管优化,增加多道中部隔离木板墙,多次移动下料口方法,使得采场接顶充填更加安全、快速,效果显著,能够有效地提高接顶率,降低二步采的安全风险。 The filling joint is to fill the filling material as close to the ore,rock roof or false roof as possible,so that the filling body supports the roof or false roof of the goaf.In order to solve the problem of roof or false roof falling caused by the poor quality of the filling joint,or to prevent the second step from returning to the mining stone,the ore body is subject to excessive ground pressure.In this paper,the pit filling of Fulaozhuang Iron Mine is taken as the research object.Through the optimization of the filling pipe,multiple middle isolation wooden walls are added,and the method of moving the cutting opening multiple times makes the pit roof filling more safe and fast.The effect is significant and can Effectively increase the top-receiving rate and reduce the security risk of second-step mining.
