摘要
装配式房屋建筑可通过提前预制各类混凝土构件,然后现场直接吊装、组合,快速完成施工任务。除了具有施工速度快的特点外,还具有绿色环保、节约材料、性价比高等优势。要想保证装配式房屋建筑的质量安全,须对预制混凝土构件的生产、制作、运输、吊装等各个流程采取管控措施,从源头上消除质量隐患。介绍了装配式混凝土结构的几种常见形式,从材料选用、模具制作、混凝土浇筑、蒸汽养护、构件运输、现场吊装等环节,简要分析了需控制的技术要点和重视的注意事项,最后针对国内装配式建筑的发展现状,提出了完善建造标准、落实“三检”制度的优化建议。
Prefabricated building can complete the construction task quickly by prefabricating all kinds of concrete components in advance,and then directly hoisting and assembling on site.In addition to the characteristics of rapid construction,it also has the advantages of green environmental protection,material saving and high cost performance.In order to ensure the quality and safety of prefabricated housing construction,it is necessary to take control measures for the production,production,transportation,hoisting and other processes of precast concrete components,so as to eliminate the potential quality hazards from the source.This paper first introduces several common forms of prefabricated concrete structure,and then from the aspects of material selection,mold making,concrete pouring,steam curing,component transportation,on-site hoisting and other links,it briefly analyzes the technical points that need to be controlled and the matters needing attention.Finally,according to the development status of domestic prefabricated buildings,it puts forward the improvement of construction standards and the implementation of "three inspections" system optimization suggestions.
