摘要
北京新机场旅客航站楼及综合换乘中心(指廊)工程精装区域施工过程中,在保证圆弧部位施工质量的前提下,对超长圆弧部位及层间造型部位的施工,采用GRG板施工技术,以提高钢浮岛与层间造型超长圆弧GRG板安装的质量和效率,通过GRG板施工后观感质量整体检测,钢浮岛及层间造型板表面达到建筑装饰装修验收标准,打磨涂装后缝隙不可见且未出现裂缝等外观质量问题。
During the construction of the hardcover area of the Beijing new airport passenger terminal and comprehensive transfer center(Corridor)project,on the premise of ensuring the construction quality of the arc part,GRG is used for the construction of the super long arc part and the interlayer modeling part board construction technology to improve the quality and efficiency of the installation of the steel floating island and the interlayer modeling ultra-long arc GRG panel.After the GRG panel construction,the overall inspection quality of the perception quality is passed.The surface of the steel floating island and the interlayer modeling panel meets the building decoration acceptance standard,after polishing and coating,the gap is invisible and there are no appearance quality problems such as cracks.
