建筑施工企业对工程质量的管理方法研究

Research on Management Methods of Construction Quality by Construction Enterprises

随着我国社会经济不断发展,新建工程数量也逐渐增多。在建筑工程项目建设中,确保工程整体施工质量是基本要求,如果施工企业在项目施工中无法保证质量,会影响市场信誉度,对施工企业未来发展不利。因此,施工企业须加强质量管理工作,控制好每个施工细节,从而实现工程建设目标。基于此,首先提出质量管理的重要性,其次分析工程质量管理存在的问题和解决方法,最后探究建筑工程质量管理的具体方法。

With the continuous development of social economy in China,the number of new projects has gradually increased.In the construction of construction project,it is the basic requirement to ensure the overall construction quality of the project.If the construction enterprise can not guarantee the quality in the construction of the project,it will affect the market reputation and be unfavorable to the future development of the construction enterprise.Therefore,the construction enterprise must strengthen the quality management work,control each construction detail,thus realizes the project construction goal.Based on this,this paper first puts forward the importance of quality management,analyzes the problems and solutions of engineering quality management,and finally probes into the concrete methods of construction engineering quality management.
