内河航运工程造价分析

21世纪以来,建筑行业之间的关系不断紧张,建筑企业施工管理不断遭受严峻的挑战,而造价的控制就是整个建筑工程管理中一项极为重要的内容。建筑工程的造价控制如果没有实施得当,定会导致整个工程项目实施进程缓慢滞后,工程质量低下,以致项目无法继续。以内河航运工程为例,对设计阶段工程造价进行详细分析,针对水运工程造价中存在的问题,提出了做好勘察设计工作和方案的比选、加强相关专业人员的学习、做好定额的合理选用,以及相关部门做好造价监管工作等有效控制造价、提高工程质量的手段。对类似工程的造价控制有较好的参考意义。

Since the new century, the relationship between the construction industry is becoming increasingly tense, and theconstruction management of construction enterprises is constantly facing severe challenges, and cost control is an extremely importantcontent of the whole construction project management. If the cost control of construction project is not implemented properly, theimplementation process of the whole project will be delayed and the project quality will be low, so that the project can not continue.In this paper, the key inland river shipping project is taken as an example to analyze the engineering cost in the design stage in detail.Aiming at the problems existing in the cost of water transportation engineering, the paper puts forward some effective measures tocontrol the cost and improve the quality of the project, such as doing a good job in the comparison and selection of survey and designwork and scheme, strengthening the study of relevant professionals, making a reasonable selection of quota, and doing a good job ofcost supervision by relevant departments. It has a good reference significance for the cost control of similar projects.
