摘要
混凝土装配式建筑按其竖向构件的连接方式可分为浆锚技术体系、钢套筒技术体系、叠合剪力墙技术体系。各技术在施工中出现了不同程度的施工难题和质量问题,通过工程施工实践,对混凝土装配式建筑各技术体系施工的优劣势进行分析,并对现阶段各技术体系的施工质量难点进行总结分析,提出具体的控制办法,为提高装配式建筑的施工管理水平及不断发展提供借鉴和参考。
According to the connection method of vertical members,concrete prefabricated buildings can be divided into slurry anchor technology system,steel sleeve technology system and superimposed shear wall technology system.Various technologies have encountered different levels of construction difficulties and quality problems in the construction.Through engineering construction practices,the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of each technical system of concrete prefabricated buildings are analyzed,and the construction quality difficulties of each technical system at this stage are summarized and analyzed.Propose specific control methods to provide reference and reference for the continuous development of the construction management level of prefabricated buildings.
