摘要
以广州精细化工厂工程为背景,介绍了岩土的工程特性和变化规律,分析了不良地质作用的类型、成因、分布范围、发展趋势及其危害,论证了建筑施工及使用时,地基土和地下水在此期间可能产生的变化及对环境、工程及支护结构的影响,并提出相应的防治方案、防水设计水位和抗浮设计水位的建议,还论证了基坑开挖、降水对建筑物本身及邻近建筑物的影响,提出了地基变形、基础及支护设计等计算所需的各种参数,对各岩土层的承载力和变形作出评价并提出基础方案建议。
Taking chemical plant project in Guangzhou as the background,in the process of analysis,the article always combine theory with engineering practice,respectively introduces the characteristics of geotechnical engineering and change rules,analyzes the types,origin,and the development trend distribution of adverse geological effects,demonstrates the potential change and its impact on engineering,environment and supporting structure of the the foundation soil and groundwater during the construction and the period of use of the building,and puts forward the control scheme,the waterproof design of groundwater level and the anti-floating design proposal,demonstrates the effect of foundation pit excavation,lowering ground water on the building itself and the neighboring buildings,puts forward the required various parameters for the calculation of foundation deformation,the foundation and supporting design,making evaluation of the bearing capacity and deformation of rock and soil layer and foundation scheme is proposed,etc.
