摘要
为解决钢桁架空中施工难度较大、施工精度较低等问题,利用Tekla Structures软件对钢桁架图纸进行三维建模,将模型分割为可加工的单个构件,进行工厂加工。利用三维激光扫描仪对实体构件逆向成模,使用Geomagic Qualify软件对扫描的实体构件进行坐标处理,并将其与理论BIM模型进行比较。分析发现,在已经完成的248个监测点中,不合格点数为2个,合格率达到99.19%,相比原技术下的合格率有大幅度提高。因此,BIM模型预拼装施工技术具有一定的推广价值,可应用到常规超高层钢桁架施工中。
In order to solve the problems of aerial construction difficulty and low construction accuracy,the paper uses Tekla Structures software to build 3D model of steel truss drawings.It is divided into individual components which can be processed in the factory.The solid components are reverse moulded with 3D laser scanner,and then the Geomagic Qualify is used to do the coordinate disposal of the scanned model,finally the model is compared with the theoretical BIM model.Among the 248 monitoring points that have been analyzed,there are 2 unqualified points,and the qualified rate reaches 99.19%,which is greatly improved compared with the original technology.Therefore,this construction technology should be popularized and applied to the construction of conventional super high-rise steel truss.
