摘要
以航空制造企业为背景,以传统复杂壳体工艺设计所带来的问题为牵引,研究适应航空复杂壳体快速工艺设计的方法,采用将壳体工艺设计要素模块化,分模块快速设计解决整体壳体工艺设计效率不高的思想,在数字化环境下对复杂壳体工艺设计的方式进行了整体规划。研究基于典型工艺的自动推送、材料规格优选库的备料信息快速生成、工装编码库的快速选刀、典型特征规则的刀具推送、自动识别设计图样的检测表生成等关键使能技术,并成功应用于复杂壳体的工艺设计,提升了工艺设计的效率及质量。
Based on the background of aviation manufacturing enterprises and the problems brought by traditional complex shell process design,it was studied that the method of rapid process design suitable for complex aerospace shell.The idea of modularization of shell process design elements and rapid design of sub module were adopted to solve the problem of low efficiency of overall shell process design.The overall planning of complex shell process design was carried out in the digital environment.The key processes,such as automatic pushing based on typical process,rapid generation of material preparation information from material specification optimization database,rapid tool selection from tooling code library,tool pushing based on typical feature rules,generation of inspection table for automatic identification design drawings,etc.,were researched and successfully applied to the process design of complex shells to improve the efficiency and quality of process design.
