摘要
柔性管线的布局设计问题在企业的生产制造过程中是一个常见的问题,通过使用虚拟现实仿真技术,对基于虚拟现实的车辆柔性管线布局设计仿真技术研究中的产品装配模型的构建、虚拟环境的构建、初始化状态柔性管线的创建、柔性管线的物理属性的定义、柔性管线敷设位置及走向的规划、柔性管线布局设计的优化、干涉检查、柔性管线的固定以及柔性管线布局设计信息的输出等方面进行了分析。通过柔性管线布局设计仿真,能够真实地反映实际柔性管线布局敷设过程中遇到的各种问题,提高柔性管线布局设计以及现场装配效率,缩短产品研制周期。
The problem of laying design was a common one in the manufacturing process of flexible pipeline.Through using virtual reality simulation technology,it was studied that the vehicle flexible pipeline layout design including the building and the construction of the virtual environment of product assembly model,flexible pipeline of creation,initialization state,the definition of the physical properties of flexible pipe,flexible pipeline installation position and direction of the planning and design of flexible pipeline layout optimization,interference checking,flexible pipe fixed and flexible pipeline layout design information output based on virtual reality simulation technology.Through the simulation of the layout design of the flexible pipeline,various problems in the layout of the actual flexible pipeline could be truly reflected,the efficiency of the layout design of the flexible pipeline and the field assembly could be improved,and the product development cycle could be shortened.
