外固定支架联合克氏针内固定在桡骨远端粉碎性骨折治疗中的应用价值研究

Application Value of External Fixation Bracket Combined with Kirschner Wire Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Comminuted Fracture of Distal Radius

目的:探讨外固定支架联合克氏针内固定在桡骨远端粉碎性骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月本院收治的60例桡骨远端C型粉碎性骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组采用锁定钢板固定治疗,研究组采用外固定支架联合克氏针内固定治疗。比较两组手术前后的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度及Gartland-Werley评分。结果:术后,两组掌倾角、尺偏角与桡骨高度均优于术前,且研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,两组Gartland-Werley评分均低于术前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外固定支架联合克氏针内固定用于桡骨远端粉碎性骨折复位良好,能有效促进术后腕关节功能恢复,提高关节功能,可在临床上推广。

Objective:To investigate the application value of external fixation bracket combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted fracture of distal radius.Method:A total of 60 patients with type C comminuted fracture of the distal radius admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into study group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with locking plate fixation,while the study group was treated with external fixation bracket combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation.The palmar inclination angle,ulnar deviation angle,radius height and Gartland-Werley score before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:After surgery,the palmar inclination angle,ulnar deviation angle and radius height of the two groups were better than those before surgery,and those of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).After surgery,Gartland-Werley scores in both groups were lower than those before surgery,and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:External fixation bracket combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation for the reduction of comminuted distal radius fracture is good,which can effectively promote postoperative wrist joint function recovery and improve joint function,and can be promoted in clinical practice.
