健脾补肾二仙颗粒联合耳穴治疗慢性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Jianpi Bushen Erxian Granule Combined with Auricular Points on Chronic Gouty Arthritis

目的:观察健脾补肾二仙颗粒联合耳穴治疗慢性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1-12月本院慢性痛风性关节炎患者60例,依据治疗方法分为常规性西医治疗组30例和健脾补肾二仙颗粒联合耳穴治疗组30例。分析两组患者的血尿酸、血沉、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组血尿酸、血沉、CRP水平均较治疗前降低,且健脾补肾二仙颗粒联合耳穴治疗组均低于常规性西医治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健脾补肾二仙颗粒联合耳穴治疗组的治疗总有效率为93.3%(28/30)显著高于常规性西医治疗组70.0%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健脾补肾二仙颗粒联合耳穴治疗组患者的关节疼痛消失时间显著短于常规性西医治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健脾补肾二仙颗粒联合耳穴治疗组的消化道不良反应发生率为3.3%(1/30),与常规性西医治疗组的6.7%(2/30)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健脾补肾二仙颗粒联合耳穴治疗慢性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen Erxian Granule combined with auricular points on chronic gouty arthritis.Method:Sixty patients with chronic gouty arthritis in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into conventional western medicine treatment group (30 cases) and Jianpi Bushen Erxian Granule combined with auricular point treatment group (30 cases).The levels of serum uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP and clinical efficacy were analyzed.Result:After treatment,the levels of serum uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group of Jianpi Bushen Erxian Granule combined with auricular point therapy were lower than those of the conventional western medicine treatment group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of Jianpi Bushen Erxian Granule combined with auricular point therapy group was 93.3% (28/30),which was significantly higher than 70.0% (21/30) of conventional western medicine treatment group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The disappearance time of joint pain in Jianpi Bushen Erxian Granule combined with auricular point treatment group was significantly shorter than that of conventional western medicine treatment group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of digestive tract adverse reactions in the Jianpi Bushen Erxian Granule combined with auricular point treatment group was 3.3% (1/30),which was not statistically significant compared with 6.7% (2/30) in the conventional western medicine treatment group (P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Bushen Erxian Granule combined with auricular points has significant clinical effect on chronic gouty arthritis.
