宝石能谱CT与64排螺旋CT在肺内混合性磨玻璃密度结节诊断中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨宝石能谱CT与64排螺旋CT在肺内混合性磨玻璃密度结节诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年10月本院收治的肺部CT成像表现为肺内混合性磨玻璃密度结节的135例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中67例行宝石能谱CT检查的患者作为能谱CT组,68例行64排螺旋CT检查的患者作为MSCT组。比较两组图像噪声值与对比度噪声比(CNR)。以病理结果为金标准,比较两种检查方法对恶性结节的诊断符合率。结果:能谱CT组图像噪声值低于MSCT组,而CNR高于MSCT组(P<0.05)。能谱CT对恶性结节诊断符合率为86.96%高于MSCT组的68.63%(P<0.05)。结论:与64排螺旋CT相比,宝石能谱CT不仅可减少图像噪声,同时对于恶性肺内混合性磨玻璃密度结节的诊断价值更高,值得临床推广。 Objective:To investigate the application of gemstone energy spectrum CT and 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of mixed ground glass density nodules in lung.Method:The clinical data of 135 patients with pulmonary CT findings of mixed ground glass density nodules in our hospital from December 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,67 patients underwent gemstone energy spectrum ct examination were treated as energy spectrum CT group,and 68 patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT examination were treated as MSCT group.The image noise value and contrast noise ratio (CNR) were compared between the two groups.Taking the pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic coincidence rates of the two methods in the diagnosis of malignant nodules were compared.Result:The image noise value of the energy spectrum CT group was lower than that of the MSCT group,and the CNR was higher than that of the MSCT group (P<0.05).The coincidence rate of energy spectrum CT in the diagnosis of malignant nodules was 86.96%,higher than 68.63% of The MSCT group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with 64-slice spiral CT,gemstone energy spectrum CT not only reduces image noise,but also has higher diagnostic value for malignant mixed ground-glass density nodules in the lung,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
