黛力新治疗酒精依赖戒断症状的效果及安全性研究

Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Deanxit in the Treatment of Alcohol Dependence Withdrawal Symptoms

目的:比较黛力新与西普肽兰治疗酒精依赖戒断症状的安全性及有效性。方法:本研究纳入2018年11月-2019年10月在本院接受治疗的120例酒精依赖戒断综合征患者。按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者接受黛力新治疗,对照组患者接受西酞普兰治疗。观察比较治疗前后患者的酒精依赖情况、PHQ-9抑郁量表评分、GAD-7焦虑量表评分、药物不良反应发生情况和戒酒成功率。结果:观察组和对照组治疗第14天和第6个月时的戒断症状和酒精渴求评分与治疗前比较,均呈时间依赖性缓解,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第14天、第6个月,观察组的戒断症状和酒精渴求评分均较对照组缓解明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第6个月,观察组的抑郁、焦虑状态较对照组显著缓解,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组戒酒成功率达91.7%,高于对照组的86.7%。观察组总不良反应发生率为10.90%,低于对照组的26.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黛力新较西普肽兰治疗酒精依赖戒断症状具有起效快、疗效好和副作用少的优势,在临床具有进一步推广运用价值。

Objective:To compare the safety and efficacy of Deanxit and Citalopram in the treatment of alcohol dependence withdrawal symptoms.Method:This study included 120 patients with alcohol dependence withdrawal syndrome who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received Deanxit treatment,while patients in the control group received Citalopram treatment.Alcohol dependence,PHQ-9 depression scale score,GAD-7 anxiety scale score,adverse drug reactions and success rate of abstinence were observed and compared before and after treatment.Result:Withdrawal symptoms and alcohol craving scores of the observation group and the control group at the 14th day and the 6th month of treatment showed time-dependent remission compared with that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).On the 14th day and the 6th month of treatment,withdrawal symptoms and alcohol craving scores in the observation group were significantly relieved compared with those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At the 6th month of treatment,depression and anxiety in the observation group were significantly relieved compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The success rate of abstinence was 91.7% in the observation group,higher than 86.7% in the control group.The incidence of total adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.90%,lower than 26.90% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Citalopram in the treatment of alcohol dependence withdrawal symptoms,Deanxit has the advantages of fast onset,good curative effect and fewer side effects,and has the further promotion and application value in clinical practice.
