摘要
采用TLC法,以7种黄酮成分为对照,分析黑龙江汉麻叶中黄酮成分;同时采用HPLC法对汉麻叶中所含黄酮成分加以确认;并采用抑菌活性实验观察汉麻叶的抑菌作用。结果表明,在汉麻叶中含有芦丁、槲皮素、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷、异牡荆素、牡荆素和木犀草素等黄酮成分;抑菌活性实验结果表明,汉麻叶对10种致病菌均有较好的抑制作用,尤其对3种食源性致病菌的抑菌效果较为明显。上述研究为开发汉麻叶黄酮成分奠定了基础。
The flavonoids of hemp(Cannabis sativa L.)leaves in Heilongjiang Province are analyzed by TLC with seven flavonoids as the reference and the flavonoids in hemp leaves are confirmed by HPLC.The antibacterial activities of hemp leaves are also examined.The results show that rutin,quercetin,quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside,isovitexin,vitexin and luteolin are determined in hemp leaves and the results of antibacterial activity experiments show that hemp leaves have a good inhibitory effect on 10 pathogenic bacteria,especially on 3 food-borne pathogenic bacteria.The study has laid a foundation for the development of flavonoids from hemp leaves.
