利用提取菲汀后的玉米浸泡水发酵生产谷氨酸 被引量:2

摘要 玉米浸泡水中含有大量的蛋白质、植酸、脂多糖及其他成分,经济价值较高,一般将玉米浸泡水浓缩成玉米浆作为蛋白饲料或发酵原料。谷氨酸发酵生产中普遍使用玉米浆作为培养基原料,利用提取菲汀后的玉米浸泡水代替玉米浆发酵生产谷氨酸,谷氨酸发酵生产的各项指标没有明显差异,证明去菲汀玉米浸泡水代替玉米浆作为谷氨酸发酵原料不会对原有发酵水平产生影响。该工艺不仅提高了玉米浸泡水的综合利用价值,同时可以降低生产成本,减少环境污染。 Corn soaking water contains a large amount of protein,phytic acid,lipopolysaccharide and other components,which is of high economic value.Generally,corn soaking water is condensed into corn pulp as protein feed or fermentation raw material.In the fermentation and production of glutamic acid,corn pulp is generally used as the raw material of culture medium,and corn pulp is replaced by corn soaking water after phytin extraction for fermentation and production of glutamic acid.There's no significant difference in the indexes of glutamic acid fermentation and production,which proves that as the fermentation raw material of glutamic acid,de-phytin corn soaking water instead of corn syrup will not affect the original fermentation level.This process can not only improve the comprehensive utilization value of corn soaking water,but also reduce the production cost and environmental pollution.
