区域经济发展视域下高职院校特色专业群建设逻辑与策略——基于对湖南省70所高职院校138个省级一流特色专业群建设的分析

Logic and Strategy of Characteristic Specialty Groups Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges from Perspective of Regional Economic Development——Based on Analysis of Construction of 138 Provincial First-class Characteristic Specialty Groups in 70 Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province

高职院校围绕区域经济社会发展、产业结构调整组建特色专业群,适应区域经济发展、产业转型建设特色专业群,聚焦现代产业集群培养数量足、结构优、质量好的复合型技术技能人才,以促进产业链、技术链、人才链之间有效衔接,推进新时代职业教育高质量发展。通过分析湖南70所高职院校138个一流特色专业群建设的理论和实践逻辑,提出加强宏观调控、统筹特色专业群布局,打破校际壁垒、实施特色专业群融合发展,构建校企命运共同体、推进特色专业群错位发展,对标世界一流、打造特色专业群国际品牌等发展策略,推动高职特色专业群高水平建设和发展。

Higher vocational colleges should establish specialty groups based on the needs of regional economic and social development as well as the industrial structure adjustment,construct the characteristic specialty groups adapting to the needs,and cultivate interdisciplinary technical talents with sufficient quantity,reasonable structure and excellent quality by focusing on the development trends of modern industrial groups,so as to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in new times.Based on the analysis of the constructive logic of 138 first-class characteristic specialty groups in 70 higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province,it is proposed to strengthen macro-control,coordinate the layout of regional specialty groups,break the barriers between colleges,implement the integrated development of regional specialty groups,build a community of shared future of college-enterprise,promote the dislocation development of regional specialty groups,and target the world-class and create an international brand of characteristic specialty groups,so as to promote the high-level construction and development of characteristic specialty groups of higher vocational colleges.
