工会普惠制服务探析与思考

推进工会会员普惠制服务,是新时代党对工会工作提出的新要求,是增强工会组织凝聚力、契合职工需要、顺应时代要求的重要内容,同时也是工会组织的基本职责所在。工会组织可通过“会站家”一体化建设,通过向具备资质的社会组织购买服务,整合社会资源,办理工会会员卡,运用互联网等载体开展普惠制服务。

Promoting the inclusive service of trade unions is a new requirement of the Communist Party of China for trade unions in the new era.It can enhance the cohesion of trade union organizations,meet the needs of employees,and meet the demands of the times.It is also the basic duty of trade unions.Trade unions can unite with Mutual Assistance Center and Worker's Home,purchase services from qualifi ed social organizations,integrate social resources,apply for trade union membership cards,and use Internet and other media to provide inclusive services.
