推动构建和谐劳动关系是企业工会工作的永恒主题。以安徽海螺水泥工会为例,着力分析了其在构建和谐劳动关系上的特色做法,在此基础上提炼出共性的经验,即党政重视全力支持、统一流程规范创建,点面结合逐步深入以及制度转化治理效能等,并着眼未来提出构建新型和谐劳动关系的前瞻性思考,发挥工会在社会治理中的独特作用。

Promoting harmonious labor relations is the eternal theme of enterprise trade unions.Taking the Anhui Conch Cement Trade Union as an example,the paper analyzes its characteristic practices in promoting harmonious labor relations.On this basis,common experiences are extracted to solve the problems of the new type of harmonious labor relations in the future and give play to the unique role of trade unions in social governance.
