Research on Labor Security and Its Influence in the Central Soviet Area

工人阶级权益的保障是维护中央苏区政权稳定的关键,因此,中华苏维埃政府在成立之初就颁布了《劳动法》,并采取了组织工人斗争、签订劳动合同、设立劳动保障监督组织和劳动法庭等一系列措施,有力地保证了《劳动法》的顺利实施。苏维埃政府的劳动保障政策使工人的生活得到了极大改善,工会组织规模日益扩大,充分调动了广大工人的革命积极性,捍卫了苏维埃政权。

The protection of the rights and interests of the working class is the key to maintaining the political stability of the Central Soviet Area.Therefore,the Chinese Soviet Government promulgated the Labor Law when it was fi rst established,and adopted measures to organize workers'fi ghting,sign labor contracts,establish labor security supervision organizations and labor courts.A series of measures such as this have effectively ensured the implementation of the Labor Law.The labor security policies of the Chinese Soviet government have greatly improved the lives of workers,the scale of trade unions has expanded day by day,and has fully mobilized the revolutionary enthusiasm of the majority of workers and defended the Soviet regime.
