摘要
建设一支高素质的工会社会工作专业人才队伍,对于推动工会工作改革创新、提高工会服务职工群众的能力水平、构建和谐劳动关系具有重要的作用。我们从工会社会工作专业人才的岗位出发,提炼出机关、企事业单位工会干部和社会化工会工作者两类岗位的典型工作任务以及与之对应的职业能力,提出以典型工作任务为基础的培训课程体系,构建了项目驱动、教学一体化的课程设计,提出了基于柯克帕特里克培训评估模型的培训效果和评估方法,不断提高培训的针对性和有效性,为工会源源不断地输送专业化人才。
High-quality labor union social work teams play an important role in the reform and innovation of labor unions,the improvement of labor union service levels,and the establishment of harmonious labor relations.Starting from the positions of labor union social work talents,and the thesis extracts the work tasks and corresponding professional abilities of union cadres and social chemical industry workers in government agencies,enterprises and institutions.Propose a training curriculum system based on typical tasks,a project-driven,teaching-integrated curriculum design,and training effects and evaluation methods based on the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model.Relying on the above system,the trade union can continuously improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training,and provide the trade union with a steady stream of professional talents.
