摘要
为了削弱永磁同步电机齿槽转矩,以傅立叶级数分析齿槽转矩的表达式为基础,分析了电机齿槽转矩与电机一个定子槽口和一个永磁磁极作用下齿槽转矩的内在联系.在此基础上,提出了一种同时采用定子槽口偏移和永磁磁极偏移组合的齿槽转矩优化方法.给出了永磁磁极和定子槽口偏移的角度配合偏移方式.最后通过有限元分析软件进行了仿真验证.仿真结果表明该方法可有效削弱齿槽转矩,且较灵活,可解决单一使用磁极偏移或槽口偏移方法时偏移角度受限制的问题.
In order to weaken the cogging torque of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,based on the expression of the cogging torque by the Fourier analysis,the internal relation between total cogging torque of permanent magnet machine and the cogging torque of single slot or single permanent is analyzed.A method combination of Slot-opening Shifting and PM Shifting for Cogging Torque Reduction is presented.The method to obtain the Slot-opening Shifting angles and PM shifting angles is achieved.At last the method is verified by finitc element method.The results verify that the cogging torque can be greatly reduced by this method and this method is more flexible.This method can solve the problem of the limitation of shifting angle when the method of PM Shifting or Slot-opening Shifting is used alone.
