摘要
湖南是一个农业大省,在遵循“3R”原则的基础上,构建湖南省农业循环经济发展的评估指标体系,运用熵值法对湖南省农业循环经济发展情况进行综合评价和分析.结果表明,2007~2016年,湖南省农业循环经济发展水平和质量总体上有所增长,但是总体增长缓慢.障碍因素分析表明,资源投入减量指标是影响湖南省农业循环经济发展的主要阻碍因素.在此基础上对湖南省农业循环经济发展水平和质量的进一步提升提出对策建议.
Hunan Province is a major agricultural province,On the basis of the“3R”principle,an evaluation index system for the development of agricultural circular economy in Hunan Province is established.Comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the development of agricultural circular economy in Hunan Province is made by entropy method.The result shows the overall development level and quality of agricultural circular economy in Hunan Province has increased.But overall growth is slow in 2007~2016.The analysis of obstacle factors shows that the resource input reduction index is the main obstacle factor affecting the development of agricultural circular economy in Hunan Province.On this basis,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the further improvement of the development level and quality of agricultural circular economy in Hunan Province.
