超声散射子有效声浓度成像检测微波消融凝固区 被引量:2

Detecting Microwave Ablation-induced Coagulation Zones Using Ultrasound Scatterer Effective Acoustic Concentration Imaging

摘要 为定量监测微波消融,提出一种基于超声散射子有效声浓度成像的微波消融凝固区检测方法.利用超声背散射信号功率谱估算散射子有效声浓度.采集15例离体猪肝微波消融超声背散射信号(5例加热功率P=50 W,加热时间t=120 s;10例P=80 W,t=60 s),进行有效声浓度成像,设定阈值thr=110并结合多项式拟合技术对凝固区进行定量检测.以微波消融结束后猪肝组织剖面中实际凝固区为金标准,验证凝固区检测精度.有效声浓度成像检测微波消融凝固区的精度分别为91.44%(P=50 W,t=120 s)、85.01%(P=80 W,t=60 s),总平均精度为87.15%.结果表明,超声散射子有效声浓度成像能有效检测离体猪肝微波消融凝固区. A method for detecting coagulation zones in microwave ablation based on effective acoustic concentration imaging of ultrasound scatterers was proposed to quantitatively monitor microwave ablation.The effective acoustic concentration of the scatterers was estimated by the power spectrum of ultrasound backscattering signals.Fifteen cases of porcine liver microwave ablation backscattered signals(5 cases with heating power P=50 W,heating time t=120 s;10 cases with P=80 W,t=60 s)were collected for effective acoustic concentration imaging.The threshold thr=110 was set and the polynomial approximation technique was used to quantitatively detect the coagulation zones.The actual coagulation zones in porcine liver tissue profile after microwave ablation was used as the gold standard to verify the detection accuracy of coagulation zones.The accuracy of effective acoustic concentration imaging in detecting microwave ablation coagulation zones was 91.44%(P=50 W,t=120 s),85.01%(P=80 W,t=60 s),and the total average accuracy was 87.15%.Ultrasound scatterer effective acoustic concentration imaging can effectively detect the microwave ablation coagulation zones of porcine liver in vitro.
