2020年8月13—15日,"2020中国汽车论坛"在上海隆重召开。在8月14日举办的"新变局、新挑战、新思路——引领中国汽车新征程"大会论坛(主论坛)上,中国汽车工业协会常务副会长兼秘书长、世界汽车组织(OICA)主席付炳锋发表主旨演讲。他说:"经过10几年的快速发展之后,中国汽车市场迎来了平台调整期,近2年均出现了负增长,这是多方因素交织影响的结果。"他还说:"环境、能源、交通等社会要素对汽车产业的制约进一步加剧,需要共同面对、协调发展。"以下内容为其现场演讲实录。

Fu Bingfeng,Standing Vice President and Secretary General of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers and Chairman of International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers(OICA),delivered a keynote speech at the 2020 China Auto Forum(Main Forum).He said,"The constraints of social factors,such as environment,energy,and transportation,etc,on the automobile industry are further intensified,and we need to face them and coordinate its development together".
