摘要
本文介绍了PP蜂窝板在某款5.9 m纯电动客厢式物流车上的轻量化设计方案,采用CAE方法对轻量化设计后的结构进行强度分析,并进行一定里程路试实验和性能验证。轻量化设计后的结构,满足整车强度要求,可为同类型车辆轻量化设计提供参考。
This paper introduces the lightweight design scheme of PP honeycomb panel on a 5.9 m pure electric passenger type logistics vehicle of our company. The strength gap of the lightweight design structure is carried out by CAE method, and the performance is verified by road test at a certain mileage. The structure after lightweight design can meet the strength requirements of the whole vehicle, which can be used as a reference for lightweight design of the same type of vehicle.
