摘要
教师继续教育(在职培训),在国际上被普遍称为专业持续发展,是当代教师职业专业化政策的核心。本文从比较的视角探讨教师专业发展政策与手段,一方面,从教师专业性角度,尤其是针对教师个人专业教育的概念;另一方面,从群体角度,审视学校与专业团体在这些演变中的地位以及产生的影响。并结合其他国家的发展经验,分析法国教师继续教育现状。
Teachers'in-service education,now widely designated internationally by the concept of continuous professional development(CPD),is at the core of contemporary policies to professionalize the teaching profession.Professional development policies and devices will be approached from a comparative perspective,examining its effects from the point of view of teacher professionalism,particularly in terms of conceptions of teachers' individual professional education,and from a collective point of view by questioning the place of schools and professional communities in these evolutions.In this first part,a state of the situation of teacher in-service education in France is drawn up,in perspective with international experiences.
