摘要
以典型的汽车变速箱及传动零部件--齿轮为检测对象,采用Leitz高精度三坐标测量机,配合Quindos7测量软件,应用4轴联动测量技术,从几何学观点分析齿距、齿形、齿向、齿厚等误差及出具报告。
In this paper, a typical automobile gearbox and transmission parts-gear as the detection object, using Leitz high precision coordinate measuring machine, with Quindos7 measuring software, the application of four-axis linkage measurement technology, from the geometric point of view of tooth distance, tooth shape, tooth direction, tooth thickness and other errors and issued a report.
