后背门外板回弹补偿及A面调整解决方案

摘要 为保证汽车车身板件的质量,在成形过程中往往需要考虑回弹补偿,特别是在外板成形及回弹补偿过程中,也要保证A级曲面的曲率趋势。如何保证回弹补偿区域正确、回弹数值准确且A级曲面曲率质量符合验收标准,往往是各大模具生产厂商考虑的问题。介绍了TebisV4.0软件如何利用回弹补偿及A面调整优化功能来保证制件质量,最后以某.车型后背门外板为例,说明如何利用BRep模块功能进行回弹补偿及A面调整。 In order to ensure the quality of automobile body parts, springback compensation is often needed in the forming process, especially in the process of outer plate forming and springback compensation, the curvature trend of a-level surface should also be guaranteed. How to ensure correct rebound compensation area, accurate rebound value and class-A surface curvature quality meets acceptance standard, which is a big problem for major mold manufacturers. This paper introduces how the TebisV4.0 software uses the function of rebound compensation and class-A adjustment and optimization to ensure product quality. Finally, taking the back door panel of a car model as an example, it explains how to use the function of BRep module to make rebound compensation and class-A adjustment.
