六官能度紫外光固化聚氨酯合成及性能研究

摘要 采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚丙二醇和聚乙二醇合成聚氨酯预聚体,以1,4-丁二醇扩链,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯封端,对苯二酚作为阻聚剂,并以羟基硅油对聚氨酯改性,制备了具有六官能度的光固化型改性聚氨酯。通过FT-IR、TG、DSA100等手段研究了有机硅改性聚氨酯的合成及热稳定性、疏水性、耐磨性、乳化性和成膜性等性能。结果表明,羟基硅油改性光固化型聚氨酯在紫外(UV)光照射下具有优异的固化性能,易乳化且乳液性能稳定,放置48h后乳液不会发生分层沉淀等现象。其固化薄膜具有优良的耐酸稳定性及耐磨性,在250℃的高温下性质不会发生明显变化,接触角可达134°。这种羟基硅油改性可以被应用在防护服装领域,应用前景良好。 Using IPDI,PPG and PEG for synthesis of polyurethane(PUR)prepolymer,1,4-butanediol chain extension,PETA end-capping,hydroquinone as a polymerization inhibitor,and PUR modification by hydroxy silicone oil,six functionalities photocurable modified PUR was prepared.The synthesis,thermal stability,hydrophobicity,wear resistance,emulsifying property and film forming properties of silicone modified PUR were studied by infrared spectroscopy,SEM,TG,DSA100 and so on.The results shown that the hydroxy silicone oil modified photocurable PUR had excellent curing performance under UV irradiation,and it was easy to emulsify and the emulsion performance was stable.The emulsion will not precipitate and precipitated after 48 hours.The cured film had excellent acid resistance stability and wear resistance,and the properties did not change significantly at a high temperature of 250℃,and the contact angle can reach 134°.This hydroxy silicone oil modification can be applied to the field of protective clothing with good application prospects.
