摘要
以魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)和Poly(MMA/MAA)/SiO2乳胶粒(PMMS)为主要原料,经pH诱导和冻融制备出具有粘性和自愈合能力的KGM/PVA/PMMS复合水凝胶,并在KGM/PVA/PMMS复合水凝胶引入了CaCl2及H3BO3。结果表明,通过改变制备过程中体系的pH,即可达到调节KGM/PVA/PMMS复合水凝胶性能的目的;pH=7.50时,复合凝胶的储能模量最大。采用万能试样机对水凝胶的自愈合强度与粘附强度进行表征,结果表明,复合水凝胶对L929细胞的增值率大于100%,并且体外溶血率小于5%,说明复合水凝胶具有良好的生物相容性,有望进一步用于伤口敷料的研究。
The adhesive and self-healing KGM/PVA/PMMS hydrogel was prepared by pH induction and freezethaw aqueous mixture of konjac glucomannan(KGM),polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),and Poly(MMA/MAA)/SiO2 micelles(PMMS).And KGM/PVA/PMMS was enhanced by the calcium chloride and boric acid.The results showed that the purpose of adjusting the performance of KGM/PVA/PMMS can be achieved by changing the pH of the system during preparation.At pH=7.50,the rheological properties of the hydrogel were the best.The self-healing and adhesion strength of the hydrogel were characterized by universal sample machine.In addition,the cell proliferation rate of KGM/PVA/PMMS was more than 100%when it was used to cultured L929 cells for 24 hours.And the hydrogel sample had the hemolysis rate of less than 5%.It showed that the hydrogel had good biocompatibility,and expected to be further used in the research of wound dressings.
