摘要
为保护和恢复日益衰退的瓯江凤鲚(Coilia mystus)资源,2019年6~11月利用人工孵化的凤鲚稚鱼在温州市鹿城区七都岛东侧开展池塘网箱驯养试验。结果表明,试验实现了瓯江凤鲚的初步保种和驯化,养殖112天后鱼苗存活率可达26.75%。该研究依托瓯江的天然水源和生物饵料,营造适合凤鲚生长发育的生境条件,采取合理的投饵、调水策略,可为规模化人工繁育提供技术支撑。
In order to protect and restore the declining Coilia mystus resources in Oujiang River,artificial pond cage-culture tests for juveniles came from artificial incubation had been done at the eastern side of Qidu Island(Lucheng,Wenzhou)from June to November,2019.The results showed that the conservation and domestication of C.mystus achieved initial success and the survival rate reached 26.75%after a culturing period of 112 days.In this study,by relying on the natural water source and food organisms from Oujiang River,a habitat condition suitable for the growth and development of C.mystus could be created.By adopting reasonable feeding and water diversion strategies,it provided a technical support for large-scale artificial breeding.
