气田采出水中凝析油回收节能降耗对策及效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 为了解决榆林天然气处理厂气田采出水中凝析油回收系统,存在收油工序繁冗、能耗大、安全环保风险高的问题,对原采出水中凝析油回收工艺流程采取了针对性的措施,包括废弃凝析油回收中间工序、敷设排油管线、选择新型管道增压泵等。实施上述措施后,降低了采出水中凝析油回收的单位能耗,提升了凝析油回收安全环保水平。 In order to solve the Yulin natural gas treatment plant oil field produced water condensate recovery system,receiving process cumbersome,can the problem of high consumption of large,safety and environmental risks, condensate oil recovery process on the original produced watertaken targeted measures, including waste gas condensate recovery process middle, discharge ofoil pipeline laying,select new pipe pump,etc. After implementing the above measures,the unitenergy consumption of condensate recovery in produced water is reduced, and the safety andenvironmental protection level of condensate recovery is improved.
