螺杆增压注水装置的研发及应用

摘要 长庆油田开采模式主要是通过注水驱油的方式采油,补充地层能量的同时提高采收率,注水系统采用注水站+管网+配水间+注水井的流程,注水站多选用往复式柱塞泵。因受泵机组能量损失、站内回流能量损失、注水干线能量损失、注水阀组能量损失、单井注水管线能量损失的影响,部分距注水站较远的系统末端压力下降明显,导致部分注水井注不进或注不够,地层能量下降,对水井相对应的油井生产影响较大。为此,在系统末端因压力损失注不进、欠注的注水井上试验应用末端螺杆增压装置,通过末端增压,有效解决欠注问题。 The production mode of Changqing Oilfield is mainly oil recovery through water flooding,which can supplement formation energy and improve recovery efficiency at the same time.The water injection system adopts the process of water injection station+pipe network+water distribution room+water injection well,and reciprocating plunger pump is mostly used in the water injection station.Energy loss due to pump group,reflux energy loss within the station,water injection,water injection valve group energy loss,energy loss in the trunk,the influence of the energy loss in the single well water injection pipeline section is apart from water injection station far end system pressure drop significantly,resulting in the insufficient part note into or water injection,formation energy,larger influence on Wells corresponding oil well production.For this reason,the end screw booster device is applied in the test on the water flooding well where the system end is not injected due to pressure loss,and the problem of under injection is effectively solved through the end booster.
