基于压缩机烟气余热回收的热传导技术应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 天然气压缩机是采气生产工艺流程中的增压设备,将压缩后的天然气进行外输,同时压缩机动力缸产生350℃左右的高温烟气。为了将压缩机烟气余热循环利用,结合集气站用热情况,对高温换热工艺进行分析,提出了针对热传导技术在压缩机高温烟气中换热的解决方案。通过简易换热方式在现场应用后,热传导技术换热运行效果较好,热能循环利用率高,解决了气田冬季生产中受低温环境影响的问题。 The natural gas compressor is the booster equipment in the production process of gas production.The compressed natural gas is exported,and the compressor's power cylinder produces high temperature flue gas around 350℃.In order to recycle the waste heat of compressor flue gas and combine with the heat used in gas collection station,the high temperature heat transfer technology is analyzed,and the solution of heat transfer technology in the high temperature flue gas of compressor is put forward.After the simple heat transfer method is applied in the field,the heat transfer operation effect of the heat conduction technology is better and the heat energy recycling utilization rate is high,which solves the problem of low temperature environment in winter production of gas field.
