硫磺回收装置恒温反应器反应热的回收利用

摘要 第一采气厂第五净化厂硫磺回收装置设计规模与900×10^4 m^3/d的脱硫脱碳装置相匹配,额定工况酸气流量13380 m^3/h(20℃,101.325 kPa),在恒温反应器中,酸气中的H2S同空气中O2进行选择氧化反应,恒温反应器产生的3.0 MPa蒸汽通过中压蒸汽空冷器E-0705冷凝后返回汽包。由于恒温反应器产生的蒸汽温度高,空冷器需要不间断运行,浪费了大量的电量和热量。若增加一套换热设备,用于提高酸气进恒温反应器前的温度,最大限度提高蒸汽的利用价值,取得了较好的经济效益,降低了装置的生产运行成本。 the design scale of sulfur recovery unit in the fifth purification plant of the first gas production plant matches the 900×10^4 m^3/d desulphurization and decarbonizing device,the rate of acid gas flow rate of 13380 m^3/h(20101.325 kPa)at the rated condition,in the constant temperature reactor,the H2S in the acid gas is selective oxidation reaction with the O2 in the air,and the 3.0 MPa steam produced by the constant temperature reactor passes through the medium pressure.The steam air cooler E-0705 condenses back to the drum.Because of the high temperature of steam generated by the constant temperature reactor,the air cooler needs continuous operation,which wastes a lot of electricity and heat.If a set of heat exchange equipment is added to improve the temperature before the acid gas inlet and constant temperature reactor,the use value of steam can be improved to the maximum limit,the better economic benefit has been obtained,and the production operation cost of the device is reduced.
