苏里格气田天然气回收利用技术研究及评价

Research and Evaluation of Natural Gas Recovery and Utilization Technology in Sulige Gas Field

目前,苏里格气田在建设、生产、维护过程中产生大量的放空天然气,主要采用放空火炬燃烧的形式进行处理,不能对这部分天然气进行有效回收利用。通过调研国内外放空气回收的工艺,结合苏里格气田开发现状,开展井口压裂放喷气、集气站及处理厂检修维护放空气、处理厂闪蒸不凝气等放空气回收利用工艺试验。优选不同放空气的适用回收工艺技术,指导现场放空气回收利用,达到保护环境、节约资源的目的;同时,对探井、处理厂自用气等天然气开展节能降耗研究。

At present,in the construction,production and maintenance of Sulige Gas Field,a large amount of vented natural gas is produced,which is mainly treated by vent torch combustion,and this part of natural gas cannot be effectively recovered and utilized.By investigating the domestic and foreign exhaust air recovery technology and combining with the development status of Sulige Gas Field,we have carried out the well head fracturing vent air recovery technology tests,such as overhaul and maintenance of exhaust air collection station and treatment plant,and flash steam non-condensate gas in treatment plant.To optimize the applicable recycling technologies for different air vents,guide the on-site air vents for recycling,and achieve the purpose of protecting the environment and saving resources;At the same time,the research on energy conservation and consumption reduction of natural gas such as exploration well and self-used gas in treatment plant is carried out.
