船闸浮式系船柱受力状态数值模拟 被引量:9

摘要 船舶大型化的快速发展对通航设施提出更高的要求。目前,大型船舶停靠主要采用船闸浮式系船柱的方式,但在使用过程中存在系缆不规范、船舶进闸速度过快、无法进行船舶入闸安全预警、系缆系统超载等问题。针对葛洲坝1号船闸工程中浮式系船柱结构特点,采用数值仿真方法对船闸浮式系船柱上部结构的受力状态进行有限元分析。通过提取1~3号板、4号管应力变化数据,确定浮式系船柱的应力集中区和受力敏感区主要为靠近系船柱处,为船闸浮式系船柱受力状态安全预警的现场试验方案提供理论基础。 With the rapid development of ship upsizing,higher requirements are put forward for navigation facilities.At present,large ships mainly use the floating bollards of ship lock to dock,but there are some problems in the use process,such as non-standard mooring,too fast enteringof ships into the lock,unable to carry out safety warning of ships entering the lock,and overload of the mooring system.Aiming at the structure characteristics of the floating bollard in Gezhouba Dam No.1 ship lock project,we carry out the finite element analysis for the stress of the ship lock floating bollard s upper structure by the numerical simulation method.According to the stress data of plates No.1~3 and tube No.4,we determine that the stress concentration and sensitive zones of the floating bollard are mainly near the dolphin.The result lays a theoretical basis for the field experiment scheme of the lock floating bollard s stress monitoring.
