摘要
随着世界疏浚业和环保要求的发展,耙吸船未来将面临更多长运距、深远海的工程。针对此类工程中运载航行成本大幅提高的问题,以“通途”轮为例,依据绝对经济航速和相对经济航速的理论,采用柴油机负荷特性曲线和耙吸船的施工特点,分析运载航行过程中负荷、油耗量、产值、成本等多项指标之间的关系,依托关系曲线形成耙吸船在不同工况下运载航行时的实船计算模型。结果表明,计算模型有利于更好地发挥耙吸船在长运距、深远海工程中的经济性,提高工程效益。
With the development of dredging industry and environmental protection requirements in the world,trailing suction hopper dredger will face more long-distance,deep-sea and far-sea projects in the future.In view of the problem that the cost of transportation and navigation greatly increases in such projects,we take“Tongtu”ship as an example according to the theory of absolute economic speed and relative economic speed,use the load characteristic curve of diesel engine and the construction characteristics of trailing suction hopper dredger,analyze the data relationship among the load,oil consumption,production value,cost and other indexes in the process of transportation and navigation,and form the real ship calculation model when carrying and sailing under the working condition based on the relationship curve.The results show that the calculation model is helpful to make full use of the economy of the trailing suction hopper dredger in the long distance and far-sea engineering,and improve the engineering benefit.
