摘要
目的:了解吉林省医院医疗保险管理办公室人员配置现状及存在问题,进而提出相应的解决对策。方法:通过吉林省医院医疗保险研究会发放479份调查问卷,针对问卷的录入结果,采用描述性分析和C 2检验等统计学方法进行比较分析。结果:吉林省个别医院医疗保险管理办公室人员数量不足、缺乏复合型的医保专业人才和高学历人才。结论:部分医院医疗保险管理办公室人员配置上存在着不足,不利于医保业务的发展,各医院应针对人员配置存在的问题制定并实施积极的应对措施。
Objective To understand the current situation and existing problems of personnel allocation in Medical insurance management office of Jilin Province,and then put forward corresponding countermeasures.Method 479 questionnaires were distributed by The Medical Insurance Research Institute of Jilin Province.Descriptive analysis and C 2 test were used to compare the results of the questionnaires.Results The number of medical insurance management office personnel in some hospitals in Jilin province was insufficient,and lack of compound medical insurance professionals and highly educated personnel.Conclusion The personnel allocation of medical insurance management office in some hospitals is insufficient,which is not conducive to the development of medical insurance business.All hospitals should formulate and implement positive countermeasures in view of the existing problems in personnel allocation.
