摘要
在国家积极倡导开放式街区规划的背景下,既有研究提出的大学校园等边界空间开放性策略缺乏对开放需求的量化分析。文章从环境行为学“以人为本”的理念出发,通过分析使用者行为特征和出行时间成本,对武汉大学校园边界的开放潜力进行研究。基于行为轨迹数据分析,发现边界空间需要提升活力的区域;通过OD成本矩阵分析,找出迫切需要开放的区域。根据上述分析结果和实地调研的空间现状选取具备开放条件的边界段进行空间优化,并在ArcGIS中对优化效果进行评价。文章最后讨论了此分析方法应用到街区层面的可行性以及其对于推广开放式街区的积极意义。
In the context of open block planning,which is actively promoted by the government,the existing research of the opening strategy of boundary space(such as that of the campus)still lacks quantitative analysis of the opening demands.Starting from the concept of“people-oriented”in Environmental Behavior Theory,this paper makes a study on Wuhan University and investigates the open potential of campus boundary by analyzing the characteristics of user behavior and the cost of travel time.Based on the analysis of behavioral trajectory data,it finds that there is a need of promoting vitality in the boundary areas.The areas needed to be urgently opened can be identified through OD cost matrix analysis.According to the above analysis results and the spatial status of field investigation,the boundary sections with open conditions are selected for spatial optimization,and the optimization effect is evaluated in ArcGIS.Finally,the paper discusses the feasibility of applying this analysis method to block level as well as its positive significance for the promotion of open blocks.
