“海丝”城市的空间演化与规划经验探析——以古代福州城市为例

An Analysis of the Spatial Evolution and Planning Experience of the Marine Silk Road City:The Case of the Ancient Fuzhou City

以弘扬“海丝”文化为主旨,在判识福州“海丝”文化特殊性的基础上,解析古代福州的规划经验及其人文内涵,并从空间结构、用地布局、风貌保护等方面提出规划展望,旨在为“一带一路”倡议的文化输出提出新思路。研究表明,在海丝文化的影响下,古代福州经历了“城”与“市”分设、“双城”对峙和功能的近代化转变。同时,受中国传统文化的影响,古代福州通过大尺度空间轴线、“三圈层”功能格局、显山露水的风景营建、富有人文内涵的空间体系,促成了“山-水-城”一体化的城市格局和凝聚人心的空间场所。当代规划师应从福州城市营建经验中汲取当代意义,诠释海丝文化的新时代内涵。

In order to promote the“Marine Silk Road”cultural confidence,based on the analysis of its cultural particularity,this paper investigates the planning experience and its humanistic connotation of the ancient Fuzhou city,and provides with the planning prospects from the aspects of spatial structure,land use and protection of historical scene,in order to provide new ideas for the cultural export in the“One Belt and One Road”strategy.The study shows that,affected by the“Marine Silk Road”culture,the ancient Fuzhou city experienced the“city”and“market”separation,“two cities”confrontation and the modern transformation of function.At the same time,under the influence of the Chinese traditional culture,it achieved the city pattern of“mountain-water-city”integration and places of public charm through a large-scale spatial axis,functional pattern of“three circle layers”,landscape construction showing mountain and water,and spatial system full of humanistic connotation.Contemporary planners should respect the contemporary significance of the construction experience of the Fuzhou city,and discover the connotation of the“Marine Silk Road”culture of the new age.
