新时代教育工作者的爱国担当应体现在教育强国上。在教育强国战略实施中,如何推动教育工作者爱国担当的价值实现是一个重要的研究课题。新时代教育工作者的爱国担当,需要在“两个大计”战略定位指引下,明确教育工作者的强国使命;在教育“凝聚人心、完善人格、开发人力、培育人才、造福人民”工作目标导向下,强化教育工作者的引导意识、人格修养、识人能力、专业素养、人民立场;在立德树人根本任务要求下,不断提升教育工作者的政治素质、师德师风、人格魅力、创新能力。

The patriotic responsibility of educators in the new era should be reflected in rejuvenating China through education.In the implementation of the strategy of building a strong country through education,how to promote the realization of the value of educators‘patriotic responsibility is an important research topic.The patriotic responsibility of educators in the new era needs to be guided by the strategic positioning of the"two plans"to clarify the mission of educators to rejuvenate the country;under the guidance of the goal of education to"unite people‘s hearts and minds,perfect their personality,develop human resources,cultivate talents,and benefit the people",educators should improve their consciousness of guidance,personality cultivation,ability to understand people,professional quality and the people’s position.Under the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating the students,their political quality,ethics,charisma and innovative ability should be constantly improved.
