摘要
为了研究城市内餐饮设施空间分布特征与其空间影响因素,本文对南京市主城区内餐饮业进行分类统计,运用GIS的局部莫兰指数法分析餐饮设施的空间集聚特征,利用多元线性回归法分析主要影响因素对餐饮设施分布的影响。研究结论表明:南京市主城区餐饮设施整体上空间集聚特征明显,集聚程度表现为由老城区为中心向外围递减的趋势。通过影响因素的分析得出南京市主城区的餐饮设施空间分布特征与人口密度、城市交通、城市主要功能空间为正相关关系。基于以上分析得出南京市主城区的餐饮设施适宜在交通便利的TOD模式下与商业、商务活动密集的区域集中布置,或者与居住区结合设置。
In order to study the spatial distribution characteristics and spatial influencing factors of catering facilities in the city,this paper classifies the catering industry in the main urban area of Nanjing,analyzes the spatial agglomeration characteristics of catering facilities by using the local Moran index method of GIS,and analyzes the influence of major influencing factors on the distribution of catering facilities by using the multiple linear regression method.The research results show that the spatial agglomeration of catering facilities in the main urban area of Nanjing is obvious on the whole,and the degree of agglomeration is shown as the trend of decreasing from the old city as the center to the periphery.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors,the spatial distribution characteristics of catering facilities in the main urban area of Nanjing are positively correlated with population density,urban traffic and main urban functional space.Based on the above analysis,it is concluded that the catering facilities in the main urban area of Nanjing are suitable to be centrally arranged with commercial and business intensive areas or combined with residential areas under the TOD mode with convenient transportation.
