摘要
随着交通建设、运营和服务质量的要求越来越高,对交通领域的服务监督与举报投诉等服务需要不断增多,出现原有服务方式不灵活,资源不能得到充分利用问题。针对上述问题,开发湖北省12328交通运输服务监督电话系统。12328电话系统借助于现有的服务监督电话资源,结合通用性软件系统,以网站、微信和短信为补充,实现交通行业相关业务功能及管理功能等资源的有效整合,为交通运输服务提供了一种高效和便捷的方式。
With the increasingly high requirements of traffic construction,operation and service quality,the demand for service supervision,reporting complaints and other services in the transportation field grow continuously,and problems such as inflexible original service methods and insufficient use of resources have arisen.In view of the aforementioned issues,the 12328 Transportation Service Supervision Telephone System in Hubei Province has been developed.Under the help of the existing service supervision telephone resources,the 12328 Telephone System has effectively integrating relevant business functions and management functions in the transportation industry by combining universal software systems and complementing websites,WeChat,SMS,etc.,providing an efficient and convenient way for transportation services.
