[目的/意义]特朗普政府执政近四年,美国“受控非密”信息管理发生了很大变化,在中美摩擦不断升级的背景下,了解这些新变化对完善我国“敏感信息”管理具有积极意义。[方法/过程]特朗普政府执政以来,全面加强了“受控非密”信息管理,发布了大量新政策、新指南及新标准,直面严峻形势和存在的问题,强化监管,调整类别及子类别,提高“受控非密”信息管理项目的地位。[结果/结论]面对当前复杂的国际形势,我国可以借鉴美国的经验,通过完善政策法规体系、强化保障、精准管理、建立约束机制提升“敏感信息”管理水平。

[Purpose/Significance]Almost four years later of Donald Trump's administration,the management of controlled unclassified information in the United States has undergone great changes,understanding these new changes is of positive significance to improving the management of sensitive information in China.[Method/Process]The Donald Trump administration has comprehensively strengthened the management of controlled unclassified information,issued a large number of new policies,guidelines and standards,and strengthened supervision in the face of severe situations and existing problems,and adjusted categories and sub-categories in a timely manner,improving the status of controlled unclassified information program.[Result/Conclusion]Under the complicated international situation,there are several things China can learn from United States,including:improving the management skills of sensitive information by upgrading the policy and law system,perfecting the guarantee system,achieving precision of management,and establishing the restraint mechanism.
